In a medium saucepan, combine the ingredients for the pecan pie filling: 1 cup toasted pecans, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1 tsp molasses, 1 Tbsp bourbon, and 1 Tbsp honey.
