Pecan Pie Filling
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the ingredients for the pecan pie filling: 1 cup toasted pecans, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1 tsp molasses, 1 Tbsp bourbon, and 1 Tbsp honey. Warm over a low-medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture begins to bubble. Remove from the heat and set aside.
